These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pk360 platform, accessible at https://pk360.cam ("Platform", "Site", "pk360", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any services offered through pk360, you ("User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

pk360 is an English-language online casino and sports betting information and gaming platform designed primarily for players in Pakistan. The Platform covers cricket betting, PSL and ICC tournament odds, live dealer games, slot games, instant games, esports and related gaming content — all displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with an interface suited to Pakistani users across cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk360. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform in any way.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To be eligible to register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person — legal entities and corporate bodies may not register accounts on the Platform.
• You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction. pk360 does not permit access by minors under any circumstances.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of, or currently located in, a jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by the Platform or by any responsible-gambling authority.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, consultant or immediate family member of pk360 or any of its affiliated entities, unless explicitly authorised in writing.
• You are registering solely on your own behalf, using your own true and accurate personal information.

pk360 reserves the right to request evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withdrawal processing delays.

4.1 Registration

To access the full features of pk360, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details required by the registration form. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pk360 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses and, at its discretion, suspend or permanently close the underlying primary account.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, nor allow any other person to access or operate your Account. pk360 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.4 Account Currency

Accounts on pk360 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, deposits, bets and withdrawal amounts are displayed in PKR. Where cryptocurrency deposits are supported, conversion to PKR is applied at the exchange rate in effect at the time of the transaction, as determined by the operator.

pk360 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as part of its compliance obligations. By registering an Account, you consent to the KYC process and agree to provide all documentation requested in a timely manner.

5.1 Required Documentation

Verification documents typically required include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID such as a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence confirming your residential address, dated within three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of mobile wallet, bank statement header).
• Source of Funds: Where required by the operator's compliance team, evidence of the legitimate source of funds deposited into your Account.

5.2 KYC Timing

KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal request is processed. pk360 may also request additional documentation at any time for ongoing compliance purposes, including at account upgrade milestones or in response to unusual account activity.

All deposits to your pk360 Account must be made using payment methods approved by the operator. The availability of specific payment methods — including those referenced as familiar Pakistani payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, or bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — is determined solely by the operator and is subject to change without notice.

6.1 Deposit Conditions

• All funds deposited must belong to you and must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are set by the operator and displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in PKR. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any third-party processing delays outside the operator's control.
• pk360 does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits originating from accounts held in names other than the registered user will be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
• The operator reserves the right to refuse, reverse or limit deposits at its discretion, particularly where fraud, money laundering or Terms violations are suspected.

Withdrawal of funds from your Account Balance is subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the cashier at the time of request.
• Bonus Funds and their associated winnings remain subject to applicable Wagering Requirements and are not withdrawable until those requirements are met in full.
• Processing times vary by payment method. No guarantee of an exact processing window is provided — actual times depend on the operator's review queue, the payment provider's processing schedule and compliance requirements.
• pk360 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large-value requests or accounts flagged for compliance review.
• Withdrawals may be declined, reversed or held where the operator has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms.

pk360 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free-bet credits, free spins, cashback promotions, referral bonuses and other promotional offers from time to time. All such offers are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion ("Bonus Terms").

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a Wagering Requirement that must be satisfied before the bonus or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and qualifying bet types are specified in the individual Bonus Terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active, a maximum single-bet limit applies — typically specified in PKR in the individual Bonus Terms. Exceeding this limit may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Contribution percentages (e.g., 100% for slots, lower for table games) are specified in the individual Bonus Terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses must be claimed and Wagering Requirements completed within the validity period specified in the individual Bonus Terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the Account.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some bonuses impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated while the bonus was active. This cap is specified in the individual Bonus Terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

pk360 employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting during bonus play, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, collusion between accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, pk360 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the Account.

All gameplay and betting activity on pk360 is subject to these Terms and any game-specific or sport-specific rules displayed within the Platform.

• Bets placed and accepted by the Platform are final and binding, subject to any error correction procedures outlined below.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or data feed failure that materially affects the outcome of a game or bet, pk360 reserves the right to void the affected round or event and refund the relevant stakes.
• pk360 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or sport market. Games and markets may be suspended or removed at any time for maintenance, compliance or supply reasons.
• RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed for slot games are illustrative figures sourced from game suppliers and represent theoretical long-term averages. Actual session outcomes will vary significantly from stated RTP figures.
• For sports betting, markets and odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled bet.
• pk360 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement, or where pricing errors are evident.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk360 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Creating or operating more than one Account.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account.
• Using the Platform if you are a minor or know that you do not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game or sports outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other mechanical or electronic devices to place bets or interact with the Platform in any way not permitted by the operator.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors or loopholes in the Platform's systems, whether or not they result in a financial benefit to you.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to process the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing or defamatory toward pk360 staff or other users.
• Attempting to circumvent security, technical or compliance measures implemented by pk360.

Where any of the above is detected, pk360 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, void all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold any Balance pending investigation. In serious cases, pk360 may report the matter to relevant authorities.

pk360 is committed to responsible gambling. Gambling should be entertainment — not a financial strategy, not a way to recover losses, and not something that negatively impacts your daily life, relationships or finances.

pk360 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible directly from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Decreases take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per session, day or week.
• Time & Session Limits: Activate session reminders and hard session time limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary suspension (minimum 30 days) or permanent account closure via your account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the pk360 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, databases and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of pk360 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit or distribute any Platform content without prior written authorisation from pk360.
• Use any automated system to extract data or content from the Platform (scraping).
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from Platform content.
• Frame or embed the Platform or any portion of it within another website or application without express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute a breach of intellectual property law and these Terms, and pk360 reserves the right to seek appropriate remedies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk360 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. pk360 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will operate without interruption, error or downtime at all times.
• The Platform will be free from viruses, malware or other harmful components — users are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their own devices.
• Information on the Platform (including odds, RTP figures and promotional details) will be accurate, complete or current at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk360, its officers, directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — including, without limitation, financial losses from gambling, loss of data, loss of profits or loss of goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such liability cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data in accordance with pk360's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

pk360 collects and processes personal data for the purposes of account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gambling monitoring, customer support and, where you have provided consent, marketing communications.

Your personal data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, regulatory authorities and law enforcement where required by law or the operator's compliance obligations.

pk360 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated period.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or use of the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Confirmed bonus abuse or collusion.
• Abusive or threatening conduct toward staff or other users.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements necessitating account closure.

Where a legitimate Account Balance exists at the time of termination and no legal hold applies, pk360 will make reasonable efforts to return the verified real-money portion of the Balance to the user following the completion of any applicable investigation. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from breaches of these Terms will not be returned.

You may also voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected] (plain text — not a link). Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with these Terms before account closure is finalised.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk360 holds its operating license ("License Jurisdiction"), as applicable. The specific License Jurisdiction and relevant regulatory authority are disclosed on the Platform where applicable.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination — shall, to the extent possible, be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. Where direct resolution is not achievable, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body in the License Jurisdiction.

pk360 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect user rights or obligations — pk360 will endeavour to notify registered users via the email address associated with their Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform after the Effective Date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 15.
