Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to pk360. This Policy explains exactly what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you hold over your information as a user on our platform.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026 | Version 1.0Six Privacy Principles We Follow
These highlights summarise our approach. They do not replace the full Policy below — please read every section carefully.
We Collect Only What We Need
pk360 collects the minimum personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, comply with our KYC obligations and deliver a functional platform experience. We do not harvest data for its own sake.
Your Data is Stored Securely
All data transmitted between your browser or app and our servers is protected by SSL/TLS encryption. Personal data at rest is stored using industry-standard encryption and access controls limited to authorised personnel only.
We Never Sell Your Data
pk360 does not sell, rent or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to those required to deliver our services — such as payment processors and identity verification providers.
You Control Your Data
You have clearly defined rights over your personal data — including the right to access, correct, restrict processing, and in certain circumstances request deletion of your data. We outline how to exercise each right in the User Rights section below.
Data is Not Kept Longer Than Necessary
pk360 retains personal data only for as long as is required for the purposes for which it was collected, or as necessary to comply with legal and regulatory retention obligations. Once the applicable retention period expires, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
Transparent Cookie & Tracking Practices
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform, improve your experience and analyse usage patterns. We explain what cookies we use and how you can manage your preferences in the Cookies section of this Policy.
Introduction
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") sets out how pk360, accessible at https://pk360.cam ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), collects, processes, stores, shares and protects the personal data of individuals ("User", "you", "your") who register an account, visit the Platform, or otherwise interact with pk360's services.
pk360 is an English-language online casino and sports betting platform designed for users in Pakistan. We are committed to handling personal data responsibly, transparently and in accordance with the privacy principles set out in this Policy and applicable international data protection standards.

References to Pakistani payment methods (such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) throughout this Policy are for contextual clarity only and do not imply affiliation or partnership with those providers.

Personal Data is collected through the following means:

- Automatically: When you access the Platform, your device automatically transmits technical data including IP address, browser information and session identifiers. Cookies and similar technologies may collect additional usage data as described in Section 11.
- From third-party verification providers: Where you undergo KYC verification facilitated by a third-party identity service, that provider may share verification outcomes and associated data with pk360.
- From payment processors: Payment reference data (e.g., transaction status, partial payment method identifiers) may be received from payment processing intermediaries when you deposit or request a withdrawal.
- From fraud detection and security services: Risk scoring, device fingerprinting and related data may be received from third-party security partners engaged to protect the Platform and its users.
Purposes of Data Processing
pk360 processes Personal Data for the following purposes:
| Purpose | Description |
|---|---|
| Account Administration | Creating, managing and maintaining your registered Account, including authentication, password management and account settings. |
| KYC & Compliance | Verifying your identity and address to meet the operator's regulatory obligations; conducting ongoing compliance monitoring and source-of-funds checks where required. |
| Payment Processing | Processing deposits and withdrawal requests; reconciling transactions and maintaining financial records. This includes interactions with Pakistani payment rails (such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers) where supported by the operator, referenced as contextual examples only. |
| Responsible Gambling | Monitoring account activity against self-set limits; implementing and enforcing deposit, loss, time and self-exclusion restrictions; identifying potentially at-risk behaviour patterns. |
| Fraud & Security | Detecting and preventing fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse and unauthorised account access. |
| Customer Support | Responding to enquiries, complaints and disputes; maintaining support records for quality and audit purposes. |
| Platform Improvement | Analysing aggregated usage data to improve Platform performance, design and content relevance for Pakistani users. |
| Marketing | Sending promotional communications where you have provided explicit consent to receive them. You may withdraw consent at any time as described in Section 12. |
| Legal & Regulatory | Complying with legal obligations, responding to lawful requests from authorities and maintaining records required by the License Jurisdiction. |
Legal Basis for Processing
pk360 processes Personal Data on the following legal bases, depending on the nature and purpose of the processing:
- Contractual Necessity: Processing required to perform our contract with you — including account creation, transaction processing and service delivery.
- Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with the operator's obligations under applicable law in the License Jurisdiction — including KYC, anti-money-laundering checks and record-keeping requirements.
- Legitimate Interests: Processing carried out for pk360's legitimate interests where these are not overridden by your rights — including fraud prevention, platform security, analytics and service improvement.
- Consent: Processing based on your freely given, specific and informed consent — primarily for marketing communications and certain optional cookie categories. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Where processing is based on consent, withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal. Where processing is required for contractual or legal purposes, withdrawal of consent for that processing may result in the inability to operate your Account.
Data Sharing with Third Parties
pk360 does not sell, rent or trade your Personal Data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Personal Data is shared with third parties only in the following circumstances:
- Payment Processors: To facilitate deposit and withdrawal transactions. Payment processors receive the minimum data required to process the specific transaction. Payment provider names referenced on this Platform (e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) are contextual references only and do not indicate a data-sharing partnership.
- Identity Verification Providers: To conduct KYC checks as required by the operator's compliance obligations. These providers process identity documents and biometric data on behalf of pk360 under strict contractual data processing agreements.
- Fraud Prevention and Security Services: To detect and prevent fraud, money laundering and abuse. These services may process IP addresses, device identifiers and behavioural signals.
- Cloud Infrastructure and Hosting Providers: Technical service providers who host Platform infrastructure and process data on our behalf under contractual data processing terms.
- Regulatory and Legal Authorities: Where pk360 is legally obliged to disclose Personal Data to competent authorities under applicable law in the License Jurisdiction — including law enforcement agencies and gaming regulators.
- Professional Advisers: Lawyers, auditors and compliance consultants who are bound by professional confidentiality obligations.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring or asset sale, Personal Data may be transferred to the relevant successor entity, subject to equivalent privacy protections.
All third-party Data Processors engaged by pk360 are required to process Personal Data only on documented instructions from pk360 and to implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures.
International Data Transfers
pk360 operates under international licensing and may use service providers located in jurisdictions outside Pakistan and outside the License Jurisdiction. This means your Personal Data may be transferred to, processed and stored in countries that may have different data protection frameworks to those applicable in your jurisdiction.
Where Personal Data is transferred internationally, pk360 takes steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, including:
- Transfers to jurisdictions that provide an adequate level of data protection as determined by applicable regulatory standards.
- Use of standard contractual clauses or equivalent approved transfer mechanisms where required.
- Contractual data processing agreements with all third-party processors that impose equivalent privacy obligations.
By using pk360, you acknowledge and consent to the international transfer of your Personal Data in the manner described in this Policy.

|---|---|
| Account Registration Data | Duration of the Account plus a minimum of 5 years following account closure, unless a longer period is required by law. |

| Marketing Consent Records | Duration of consent plus a reasonable period for audit purposes. |
| Technical & Log Data | Up to 12 months for routine operational logs; longer where required for security investigation purposes. |
Following the expiry of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted, anonymised or pseudonymised in a manner that prevents re-identification.
Security Measures
pk360 implements a range of technical and organisational security measures to protect Personal Data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction or disclosure. These measures include:
- SSL/TLS Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols.
- Encryption at Rest: Sensitive Personal Data stored in our systems is encrypted using current industry-standard algorithms.
- Access Controls: Access to Personal Data is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis. Staff with access to sensitive data are subject to confidentiality obligations and receive data protection training.
- Two-Factor Authentication: Users are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication on their Account to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.
- Security Monitoring: Platform infrastructure is subject to continuous monitoring for intrusion attempts, anomalous activity and security vulnerabilities.
- Third-Party Audits: Where required by the License Jurisdiction, platform security controls are subject to independent audit and certification.
While we take all reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. You also have a responsibility to keep your Account credentials confidential and to notify us immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a link) if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
Never share your pk360 password with anyone — including pk360 support staff. We will never ask for your password via email, live chat or telephone.

Managing Cookies
You can manage or withdraw consent for non-essential cookies through your browser settings or through any cookie management tool provided on the Platform. Please note that disabling essential cookies will affect the functionality of the Platform. Guidance on managing cookies is available through your browser's help documentation.
Your Data Rights
Subject to the applicable law in the License Jurisdiction and any overriding legal obligations held by pk360, you may hold the following rights in respect of your Personal Data:
Right of Access
Request a copy of the Personal Data pk360 holds about you, along with information about how it is processed.
Right to Rectification
Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data held by pk360 about you.
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your Personal Data in certain circumstances — for example, where the data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected. Note: this right may be limited where retention is required by law.
Right to Restrict Processing
Request a temporary restriction on our processing of your data in specific circumstances, such as while the accuracy of data is being verified.
Right to Data Portability
Receive your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and transmit it to another controller where technically feasible.
Right to Object
Object to processing of your Personal Data carried out on the basis of legitimate interests, including direct marketing. Where you object to marketing, we will cease that processing immediately.
Right to Withdraw Consent
Where processing is based on your consent (e.g., marketing communications, certain optional cookies), you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
To exercise any of the above rights, please contact pk360 using the details set out in Section 16. We will respond to all verifiable requests within 30 days. In complex cases, this period may be extended by up to a further 60 days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.
We may need to verify your identity before processing a data rights request. This is a security measure to ensure that Personal Data is not disclosed to an unauthorised party.
Minors and Age Restrictions
The pk360 Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years or over — or the higher minimum age required by the operator or License Jurisdiction. pk360 does not knowingly collect or process Personal Data from individuals who are under the applicable minimum age.
Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process. Where pk360 identifies or has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account has been registered by a minor, that account will be immediately suspended and any associated data will be handled in accordance with our legal obligations.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has accessed pk360 using your details or device, please contact us immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a link) so that appropriate action can be taken.
Being 18 or over does not by itself mean that gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction in Pakistan. Please review our Responsible Gambling page and satisfy yourself as to your legal position before using the Platform.
Payment Data & Provider Context
When you make a deposit or request a withdrawal on pk360, payment transaction data is processed through payment intermediaries. These providers receive only the data necessary to process the specific transaction — typically a transaction reference, amount in PKR, and partial payment method identifier.
Pakistani payment method names referenced throughout this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are used as familiar contextual references for Pakistani users only. None of these providers are data-sharing partners of pk360, and none of them endorse, support or are affiliated with online gambling services offered through this Platform.
Payment data is retained in accordance with the retention periods set out in Section 9 and in compliance with the financial record-keeping requirements of the License Jurisdiction. pk360 does not store full payment card numbers or full mobile wallet credentials on its own systems.
Always verify accepted payment methods in the operator's cashier before initiating a deposit. The availability of specific payment methods may change and is subject to operator and payment provider terms that operate independently of this Policy.
Changes to This Policy
pk360 reserves the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our processing activities, applicable law or regulatory requirements. The revised Policy will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date.
Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect how we collect, use or share your Personal Data — we will endeavour to notify registered users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically.
Your continued use of the Platform following the Effective Date of a revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept a revised Policy, you should cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in our Terms & Conditions.
